The support groups are geared to enhancing quality of life and the capacity for coping with the social environment, exclusive of the practice of psychotherapy and includes giving advice, describing alternatives, helping to articulate goals, providing support, empowerment, and needed information.

The psychoeducational groups are geared to enhancing quality of life exclusive of the practice of psychotherapy and includes providing needed information about wellness topics.

These groups and resources will not engage in providing psychological or healthcare advice for any particular individual or situation; nor will they provide medical, mental health or any other type of health service. No diagnosis, treatment recommendations or advice regarding any medical or mental health condition or illness will be offered.
